We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

  • Orders placed during holidays or promotional periods may experience slightly longer processing times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation email.

Delays & Peak Seasons

Please note that shipping times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or peak shipping seasons. Tournico is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped, but we will always do our best to assist you.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward a resolution.
