Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Request a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tournico is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.
